Membership includes full access to all printables on the WunderSparks website and all new printables added for as long as you are subscribed. At only $10 USD per year, we hope you’ll stay subscribed and enjoy all the new printables as they are released as well as the convenience of printing whatever you need as you need it and not having to store printables somewhere (either physically or files taking up space on your computer). But you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time in your account page.
Due to the downloadable/digital nature of the product, which means the product can be fully used and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds as a general rule. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your 12 months, refunds are not given pro rata for the remaining months, but you will be able to access the printables for the rest of the 12 month period of your subscription.
Absolutely. Protecting your information is very important to us. We use the payment processing system called Stripe, which is a trusted company handling billions of dollars in transactions each year for businesses all around the world. Payment information is stored securely by Stripe, not by us. Feel free to visit their website (stripe.com) if you would like more information.
Currently, PayPal does not offer the subscription based service that WunderSparks requires. If it does in the future we will definitely look into it!
No worries! WunderSparks is based in Australia, but we anticipated most of our transactions would be in US dollars, which is why our pricing is advertised that way. Whatever your currency is, the equivalent to $10 USD in your currency is what you will pay. As exchange rates are always moving around, this will vary. You can look up what $10 US dollars is currently equivalent to in your currency through any online currency converter. Chances are you will probably have an approximate idea already.
No, your WunderSparks membership is just for you. Our membership has been priced so low in order to make it affordable for everyone. Share a link to our website with friends, colleagues and family members instead, so they can enjoy their own access at our incredibly low price.
No. All files are copyrighted to WunderSparks Pty Ltd and it is an offence to share, resell, claim them as your own or alter the files to share or resell. All WunderSparks files are secured, encrypted and contain our logo. They also contain an unremovable page stating that if someone has obtained these files anywhere other than WunderSparks.com or the WunderSparks TPT store, they have been stolen.
